Cooking Thursday

Here's a quick recipe I re-discovered at Christmas.  If you want a quick and easy treat, this is a good one!

No Bake Avalanche Cookies

2 cups Rice Krispies
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup creamy peanut butter
16 ounces white chocolate - can use a bar or chips.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper or waxed paper.
Stir together marshmallows and Rice Krispies in a large bowl.
Melt peanut butter and white chocolate together.
Stir into Rice Krispy mix.
Drop by tablespoon onto baking sheet.
Place in refrigerator until set.

  1. I'm sitting here thinking, hmmmm, I have all those ingredients except the white chocolate. But I do have regular chocolate chips. Hmmm. But it's 10 PM.....
