I saw this ad on FB and read the accompanying article. The ad is from the UK. The article said that in the UK, they put as much into their Christmas ads as the US does it's Superbowl ads. This ad is apparently a favorite and after watching it, I can see why. I have to admit, that it was good enough that I wasn't sure what they were trying to sell. After reading the article, I found it was for a store named 'Marks and Spencer'. Check it out and see if you agree!
That is a great commercial! Wow!
ReplyDeleteI did see this one - it's so awesome, isn't it? Like a little movie! xoxo
ReplyDeleteLove the hollywood Mrs Claus approach. but the best Christmas Ad is for Phone Credit for Refugees. So sweet!

I've already seen this too, M&S come up with great videos.
ReplyDeleteThanks, I have to fix my makeup now. smiles...
ReplyDeleteLove it!!
ReplyDeleteSo awesome!
ReplyDeleteLove the ingenuity of this British culture.
And viewing all the photos in the post below...the Bob family Christmas get together. Neat log cabin [excellent idea and ideal place], but I'd fear those kids on the loft looking down and someone falling. That's just me.
Hi Mari! I saw this video on Linda's blog. What a beautiful message that even little troublemakers have hearts of gold.
ReplyDeleteBlessings to you and yours!

What a great ad. I wouldn't mind commercials if they were like this.
ReplyDeleteThat's such a lovely commercial. It does remind me of some of the Super Bowl commercials I've seen, with its fancy production and great acting!
ReplyDeleteWow it's like a wee movie! That DOG! His eyes! I want him. Great ad. Marks & Spencer is a super awesome store. xoxo
ReplyDeleteMarks and Spencer is iconic in GB. I remember going there as a child. It was considered a bit upscale by my lower-class parents. 8-)
ReplyDeleteLooks sweet. For some reason I couldn't hear it.
ReplyDeleteYou should look at the John Lewis Christmas adverts - on you tube - but make sure you have a box of tissues with you. They are really iconic here in England and we await them every year, they are a major news event here!
ReplyDeleteTry the John Lewis ad as well. I'll give you some other links as well when I can remember them!
ReplyDeleteIf you've got hours to spare, you could try Sainsburys, Waitrose, Aldiand Morrisons. It's such a big thing here now. ??? how much money does it cost.
