Buildings (yes, even barns) that are left to tumble down and rot away always make me just a little sad. I like to think about what went before. Were animals sheltered there, or hay or grain? Did kids play there while Dad worked in the fields? Did it used to be painted barn red or was it white at one time? I wonder if it ever had "Mail Pouch" painted on the side? Great capture, Mari. Now I want the stories! :)
