Actually, I've been waking up quite often before my alarm clock these days because it gets light so early. Of course, that didn't make any difference back in the days when my alarm was set for 4:30. Ugh.
Truer words were never spoken. I'm a lazy bum and generally speaking, the only day I rise to an alarm is Sunday. Don't you know, I have a hard time sleeping soundly on Saturday nights? Until a few minutes before that alarm goes off, that is. Then it's Dreamland all the way. xoxo
Sadly, this is so true.
ReplyDeleteAin't that the truth! :D
ReplyDeleteLOL!!!
ReplyDeleteHave a very nice weekend.
I know, rightttttttttttttttt. Smiles

ReplyDeleteWhen i worked as a nurse I would always wake up in anticipation of my alarm going off. I was afraid of oversleeping.
ReplyDeleteI usually do the same thing, and always have when I worked especially. There's something about a mindset you don't even realize when you go to bed. :)
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend, Mari!
xoxo
I can relate to that---
ReplyDeleteYou speak the truth girl!
ReplyDeleteSo true!
ReplyDeleteRofl....now THAT can't be more true. [at least during my working days long ago]
ReplyDeleteLovin' this.
That is a cute cartoon! Back in the day that used to be true for me.
