Well, I'm happy to see so many onions harvested and ready to be shipped! I love onions and can't imagine not having them in salad, soups, with roasts, in a stir-fry, etc., etc.
A whole lot of onions.....I bet they smell good! Being from GA, we love Vidalia onions which come from the southern part of the state. They are shipped in April/May.

I don't think I've ever seen that many onions! Almost brings me to tears just thinking about them...
