Teriyaki Chicken
1/4 cup cooking oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup dry cooking sherry
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Combine oil, soy sauce, sherry, ginger and garlic in large resealable bag. Place chicken in bag, removing air from bag and place in refrigerator. Leave in frig overnight or at least 8 hours.
Drain sauce from chicken and grill until chicken is cooked through.
That sounds SO good!!

ReplyDeleteI love this idea!! Must say, lately, I've been trying to fix more fish and chicken and turkey instead of red meats...so this will be on our menu real soon. And I love just about anything with soy sauce.
