German Sweet Chocolate Freezer Pie
4 oz Bakers German Sweet Chocolate
1/2 cup milk, divided
8 oz cream cheese
4 tablespoons sugar
8 oz Cool Whip
1 ready to use graham cracker crust
Melt chocolate and 2 tablespoons of milk in microwave.
Beat cream cheese with sugar until well mixed. Stir in melted chocolate and add the rest of the milk.
Stir in Cool Whip until blended.
Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Let stand about 15 minutes before cutting.
Store in freezer.
Oh boy, this looks good.
