I took this picture of our front yard on Saturday. What a happy sight - grass is starting to show and the snow is melting! Right before I took this I saw a robin, further proof that Spring is coming.
It's been a long winter and it's supposed to be cold this week. The forecast even said we could have a few snow flurries. However, I see warmer weather and flowers in the future!

ReplyDeleteI love spring, except here is Arizona, spring means that dreadful summer heat isn't far behind. Enjoy the cool temps while you can!
ReplyDeleteSpring, it's one of my favorite seasons. I bet you can hardly wait. I know how long and cold a Michigan winter can be. Lucky you, we have no robins this far south.

ReplyDeleteYes... spring is on its way!!
ReplyDeleteSpring can't come soon enough! We don't have any snow left on the ground over here on my side of the state. Hang on Sis...warmer weather can't be too far off!
ReplyDeleteI can almost see grass on that picture. . .
ReplyDeleteWe don't have any snow but it has been bitterly cold.
ReplyDeleteI will be glad when I can leave in the mornings without scrapping ice off my windshield.
We have signs of green grass only where the snow was in big piles.
Hugs
i can't believe you still have that much snow - our front yard is snowless!
ReplyDeleteThere's just something about the color green that makes me happy and hopeful!
ReplyDeleteWe did our first watering on Saturday, and I even started prepping our garden.
Ah! I love it.
I'm with you on that--warmer weather and flowers. Yes!
ReplyDeletehappy spring!! Hope you had a blessed Easter.
ReplyDeleteThere's nothing white here anymore, but it's been a COLD, windy week. This morning it's 20 degrees. But I too see the promise of warmer temps in the future, even later today. And I do have daffodil buds. I am SO ready!!!
