Cooking Thursday

I've got one of my favorite easy recipes to share today. I try to keep the ingredients for this one around, because it can be thrown together quickly when you have one of those days! Not only are these economical and easy to make, they are yummy!
For more recipes, visit Sandra at Diary of a SAHM.

Quick and Easy Wet Burrito's

1 pkg frozen El Monterey Beef and Bean Burritos
8 ounces tomato sauce
1 jar Heinz fat free savory beef gravy
1/2 envelope burrito seasoning
2 cups 2% shredded cheddar or co-jack cheese

Pour tomato sauce, gravy and burrito seasoning into a 9x13 pan and stir to mix.
Place frozen burritos into pan, flipping to cover with sauce. Cover pan with foil and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove foil and sprinkle shredded cheese over burritos. Return to oven for another 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Enjoy!
