She is finally here!!!

I have such exciting news! My grand-daughter finally made her entrance into the world!
She was 13 days overdue and we think she wanted to make a grand entrance.
Of course - she is the most beautiful baby in the world. :)


Her name is Alaina Jo.
She weighed 7 pounds and 8 ounces and was 20 inches long.



Here's the proud Daddy. Laura was exhausted and didn't want her picture taken.


Heather was thrilled to meet her new niece!



Bob is thrilled to be a Grandpa.



And I'm loving it too!



She has long fingers and toes. Her Daddy is 6'6" so she may be tall.

Those cheeks look like they were made for kissing.

We are blessed and are thanking God for this wonderful blessing.

    CRYING OVER HERE! I can't tell you how many times I've clicked into this blog over the last few days! Finally I find what I was looking for! Congratulations to you, Bob, Laura, Aaron, Aunt Heather, Uncle Andy, and all extended family members!!! I love her name: Alaina Jo! So beautiful! Squinch and smooch those fat cheeks for me, Mari. So wonderful! I am thrilled for you.

    What a beautiful little baby girl!! I know you are so proud and for good reason. I love Heather's shirt! I am expecting a new granddaughter (my first) NEXT WEEK! The Mama and Daddy have 3 sons. Do you think she might be a little Princess? ;)

    Can't say enough times how happy I am for you. She's beautiful and I know those cheeks will soon be out of shape from all the kisses. Love her, spoil her, and treasure her. She has no idea how wonderful life is going to be with you and Bob as her grandparents. I can just see you rocking her and telling her all about Jesus loving her. Snuggle with her for me as well. Nothing like a new baby :D
