Ham and Cheese Sandwich Roll
1 can refrigerated pizza crust
6 ounces thinly sliced ham
6 slices swiss or cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons honey mustard or flavored mayonnaise
1 beaten egg
1 teaspoon sesame seeds optional
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease cookie sheet.
Unroll pizza crust onto cookie sheet. Press it into a 14 x 8 inch rectangle.
Spread honey mustard or mayo thinly over dough, to within 1 inch of edge.
Layer ham and cheese of your choice over top.
Fold long sides of dough to middle and pinch edges to seal. Pinch short sides to seal and tuck under.
Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Bake for 16-18 minutes until browned. Slice and serve.

OH, YUM! I've been looking for something tasty and warm and casual to have on hand when all the family gathers in the late afternoon on Thanksgiving Eve! They will all have been traveling and I need major comfort food that's easy to prepare. THIS IS IT! I can hear their mmmmmmm's already!
