It really works!

On Tuesday's I've been sharing some products I have used for some time, that I think really live up to the advertisements you see about them.
The product for today is the Shark Steam Mop.

I did a post on this last year, shortly after I got it. I can tell you that after using it for a year, I still love it. I use it on the laminate floor in my kitchen and Dining room. It heats up quickly, is easy to use and dries quickly because it uses steam. There are no chemicals being used, just water. This means it's economical too. The pad on the bottom gets thrown in the wash, so that saves money as well.
It makes mopping the floor so much easier than anything I've used in the past!

I've got a few tips from last weeks readers too.
Susan of Penless Writer recommends using ammonia and water for windows, then wiping them dry with newspaper.
Melody, from 6 Feet Over recommends washing windows with plain water and microfiber cloths.
Rebeckah of Life with Kaishon recommends Invisible Glass for windows and mirrors.

Thanks to each of you for sharing your favorite products. If you have something you like, tell me in the comments and I'll post it here next week.

  1. I have the steam pocket mop that is basically the same thing that I use on my wood floors, and I love it too.
