I've come across a couple things I want to share with you. This first one you may want to try out. My friend Perri from My life in Bits and Pieces posted this and I knew I had to share it.
Go here, enter your stats and a full length picture. You can then slide the bar down the graph to see what you would look like after losing weight, or if you want to scare yourself, you can see what you would look like if you gained weight. It's pretty neat - thanks Perri!
