I love my slow cooker. I was making out my menu and shopping list for the next few weeks and I noticed how often I use it. I often make my meals in the evening and when I come home from work, they are almost done. Here is a recipe for sandwiches that we are having next week.
Pork and Beef Barbecue
1 can tomato paste
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons chili powder
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
3 green peppers, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
In slow cooker, combine the first 6 ingredients. Stir in beef, pork, peppers and onion. Cover and cook on high for 7-8 hours or until meat is tender. Shred meat and serve on rolls.

I have been wanting a beef barbecue recipe. I wanted to serve it when I have a larger group of people than my family. Would you recommend this recipe for a large group? (like about ten)
