I hope you all had a blessed Easter. We had a very nice day with a wonderful service at church and some friends for dinner.
We celebrated with our kids on Saturday evening. We started with an egg hunt. We've been getting lots of rain here and Saturday we got more. It rained much of the day, so going into the yard to hunt wasn't going to work. We improvised and hid eggs in the garage. :)
We had pizza and just enjoyed the evening.
Here's all my cuties! We had a nice evening together.

Dear Mari, how clever that you improvised due to the rain and had the Easter egg hunt in the garage. It looks like everyone had a fun 😁 time. Lovely photos, dear friend.
ReplyDeleteA wonderful Easter with all your grandchildren!
ReplyDeleteHey, we had pizza too! And here I thought we were the only ones who had pizza on Easter Sunday!! Alaina, oh my gosh!! I did not recognize her, and thought she was someone else much older. She has grown and changed so much. Both Alaina and Ruby are so beautiful. The garage was a great idea, and it looks just as much fun as outdoors would have been.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a wonderful family Easter! Hope you have had a wonderful day celebrating our Risen Lord! See you again soon!
ReplyDeleteSo much fun
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like you had a wonderful Easter and the egg hunt sounds like a lot of fun! Lovely photos.
ReplyDeleteLooks like everyone had a fun time. Connor makes an adorable bunny. 🙂
ReplyDeleteThe little ones make it so fun!! I love that Alaina and Ruby still play along with their cousins. Your grands are all adorable. Happy Easter Monday!
ReplyDeleteGlad to see Connor got in the photo this time. its a great shot. what a fun day and the garage was a good idea.. when I got to the photo of the MEN waiting for the egg hunt I started to laugh. men are so predictable. I have a photo of 4 of our family men standing in a row in the street to watch the kids ride new bikes at Christmas. all of them had what I call the Bored Stance... like they are saying, I am here, I am thrilled with their hands in their pockets... thanks for the memories
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful family and time together, Mari! Yes, sometimes we have to improvise when it comes to things like an Easter egg hunt, but sometimes those create the best memories.
ReplyDeleteWay to pivot Grandma and Grandpa. We sure get used to plan B's with our weathery areas, don't we? Looks like they still had lots of fun and they are all so darn cute! Growing put so fast too. Sounds like you had another lovely Easter in the books too. :)
ReplyDeleteOh Mari, your pictures are the best.
ReplyDeleteDespite the soggy rain you all have a great time celebrating.
Connor is sure getting big and looks like he had a lot of fun. I like the picture of he and Grandpa sharing the goodies.
Sue
It rained almost all day Saturday here too but yesterday and today have been beautiful. I love all of your photos and I'm glad you had a wonderful Easter.
ReplyDeleteSuch a wonderful Easter-time with your grandchildren, lovely photographs and lots of happy memories.

ReplyDeleteThey all look so happy and as though they are having a fun time.
