I recently made chicken breasts in my air fryer that turned out so flavorful and juicy that I knew I had to share this recipe. Things in the air fryer are usually quick and easy to make, and these were no exception.
Best Air Fryer Chicken Breasts
2 - 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Combine all ingredients except chicken in a large ziploc bag and miz together. Add chicken and be sure chicken is coated in the marinade.
Place in refrigerator and let marinade for at least 2 hours, may marinade overnight.
Preheat air fryer to 360 degrees for 5 minutes, then place chicken in basket and air fry for 16-20 minutes, flipping meat halfway through.
Watch closely at the end, as chicken will be dry if overdone.
Chicken is done when internal temp reaches 165 degrees.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Hi Mari, I have to get an air fryer!!! Thank you so much for sharing 😊 ❤️
ReplyDeleteSounds delicious!
ReplyDeleteThat does look very good. I may have to get an air fryer. I vowed I wouldn’t start getting all the new cooking appliances because it’s learning to cook all over again and what if I don’t use it? Need to check into more.
ReplyDeleteIt looks wonderful!!1
ReplyDeleteI often cook chicken in the air fryer and your recipe sounds very good. I will try it it looks very tasty.
ReplyDeleteLooks good. I do not have an air fryer to try though. Janice

ReplyDeletethanks, easy peasy so I saved it
ReplyDeleteI get happy, happy, happy when you post recipes. another Good one here....
ReplyDeleteYum! Saving this one! My airfryer is smaller and would, maybe, hold two breasts - but one for sure and I can adjust accordingly! Thanks, Mari!!
ReplyDeleteYumm, yumm, yumm. The seasonings really make the chicken "pop". I don't have an air fryer but think I can use this recipe anyway.

How delicious looking! I don't have an air fryer but I've been tempted many times. My kitchen is soooo small that I really don't have room for spare appliances. But this post sure is convincing! ~Andrea xoxo
ReplyDeleteWe use our air fryer several times a week. Great addition to the kitchen!
ReplyDeleteI love the air fryer for meat like this (makes stellar boneless pork chops too). Already copied this one! Thanks for sharing my lovely Lady. xoxo

ReplyDeleteThose do look good!
ReplyDeleteI think the word is yummy!
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
This is awesome! I had no idea you could do this. I have an air fryer and we don't use it enough...this may change that since we eat a lot of chicken!!
ReplyDeleteI agree. It really does a great job. We don't have a regular air fryer anymore though we have an air fryer lid. My gosh. I love it. Does a great job, those air fryers.
ReplyDeleteMade this for lunch and it was wonderful!l. Used one large chicken breast, so I flattened it and only cooked it 13 minutes, checking it often to not overcook it! Definitely a keeper recipe! Thanks for sharing . . .
ReplyDeleteSounds yummy.
ReplyDeleteI don't have an air fryer either but it looks like I'm going to have to get one because this looks SO delicious! xoxo
